The Tell-Tale-Heart - Behind the Scenes

Welcome to a new week! We hope you are starting your Monday off with as much zest as we are! Our favourite time of year is right around the corner... We are anxiously awaiting December 1st, as it is then acceptable to get overly excited about the holidays! In the meantime, this post is going to keep us inspired for days to come!
Firstly, a big thank you to everyone involved for all of their hard work. Jesse Holland Photography did an amazing job at capturing the spirit of Home for the Honeymoon. As well as, thank you to ma-luxe studios and Platinum Floral Designs for contributing their expertise to really bring the whole photo shoot together. We couldn't have done it without you guys!

Marion Groot of ma-luxe studios packed our penthouse apartment with ocean views located at The Parc building in Victoria with an entire wardrobe of jewellery and wedding dresses provided by Victoria Bridal Boutique. There was also an endless amount of shoes. It was a girl's dream!

Carly Flint did the makeup for ma-luxe and brought an incredibly calm and collected energy to the set. She is taking Victoria, BC, by storm and is a true professional!

Tina of Platinum Floral Designs provided us with the prettiest bouquet ever! She also included a unique and romantic bouteniere for our easy going and handsome male model and "groom for the day," Tyler.

We were so impressed with the models... Both represented by Coultish Management, Paige and Tyler had so much chemistry!!!
Halfway through the day, we changed locations to a white space to tackle the personal photographs of Patricia and Christina, the wonderful owners of Home for the Honeymoon.

We took that opportunity to prep a little more!

Patricia and Christina were excellent sports throughout the entire modeling process. We had a lot of laughs and loads of fun! Most of all, we enjoyed getting to know all of the local vendors involved... We were in awe of their professionalism and their pure dedication to "getting the shot."

At the end of the day, we celebrated with a spot of champagne and a pat on the back!
Who wouldn't, right?
